Role Summary
We are looking for a highly adaptable and fast-learning Product Manager to join our AI Factory and industrial AI initiatives.
We value candidates with software or industrial system backgrounds who are curious about AI, smart manufacturing, and industrial automation technologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in AI data collection systems, intelligent factory orchestration, and industrial AI deployments while developing strong cross-domain integration capabilities.
You will work closely with AI engineers, software teams, robotics developers, and manufacturing stakeholders to help build next-generation industrial AI systems for real-world deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product planning and project execution for AI Factory and industrial AI systems
- Participate in factory PoC deployments, workflow analysis, and enterprise implementation projects
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between AI, software, hardware, and factory operation teams
- Help design and optimize industrial data collection workflows
- Participate in intelligent orchestration and AI runtime system planning
- Track project schedules, requirements, testing, deployment, and implementation progress
- Communicate with overseas customers and strategic partners in English
- Support international business trips when required (Asia / China / US)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or enterprise system implementation
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Software development project management
- ERP / SAP / MES / WMS implementation
- Large-scale system project experience
- Factory digitalization or workflow systems
- Strong English communication skills for international meetings and collaboration
- Fast learner with strong logical thinking and adaptability
- Strong interest in AI, robotics, smart factories, or industrial automation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional startup-style environments
- Willing to build new systems and workflows from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or enterprise software implementation projects
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and factory workflows
- Experience working with overseas customers or global teams
- Basic technical understanding for communication with engineering teams
- Interest or experience in AI, robotics, or Edge AI technologies
