Role Summary
We are looking for a Software Product Manager to join us in bringing smart industrial solutions from concept to real-world deployment.
In this role, you will support the planning of AI Factory and industrial AI systems, participate in onsite requirement discovery, POC testing, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also work with overseas customers and partners to help drive smart factory solutions from planning to actual deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product planning and project execution for AI Factory and industrial AI systems
- Participate in onsite factory requirement interviews, PoC testing, and system implementation
- Coordinate across AI, software, hardware, and factory-side teams to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to the planning of intelligent scheduling, process optimization, and AI runtime systems
- Assist in managing project timelines, requirements, testing validation, and onsite deployment
- Communicate and collaborate with overseas customers and partners in English
- Support occasional overseas business trips to Asia, China, and the United States
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or system implementation
- Background in at least one of the following areas:
- Software development project management
- Industrial software implementation, such as ERP, SAP, MES, or WMS
- Large-scale system project experience
- Factory digitalization or process system-related experience
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to participate in overseas customer meetings and cross-border collaboration
- Clear logical thinking, quick response, and the ability to quickly understand new technologies and application scenarios
- Strong interest in AI, robotics, smart factories, or industrial automation
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing startup-like environment that requires cross-functional coordination
- Willingness to take part in building systems from zero to one and bringing them into real-world deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience participating in factory or enterprise system implementation projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or factory operations
- Experience with overseas business trips or cross-border collaboration
- Basic technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Interest or experience in AI, robotics, or Edge AI technologies
