Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager skilled in cross-functional coordination, hardware-software integration, and risk management to oversee the end-to-end development of our robotic and AI software ecosystem. This role will drive project execution from concept through New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring that high-performance data-visualization platforms integrated with advanced robotic hardware are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage robotic product development timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams (mechanical, electronic control, software, and AI) to ensure alignment and achievement of milestones at each stage.
- Oversee engineering design changes, technical specification reviews, validation testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production transition.
- Lead project communications to integrate internal and external requirements and schedules, while continuously optimizing project management tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management, specifically managing complex hardware-software integration, robotics, or electro-mechanical products.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including engineering change management, validation (EVT/DVT/PVT), and quality workflows.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration, version control, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or managing large-scale SaaS platforms, AI-driven applications.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/ScrumMaster).
