  2. Coordinate meetings with cross-functional R&D teams (mechanical, electronic control, software, and AI), prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on decisions and action owners.
  3. Collect and organize project data, technical documents, test results, and status updates; prepare clear internal reports and presentations.
  4. Support engineering change reviews, validation activities, NPI readiness, and cross-team handoffs among R&D, manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
  5. Identify schedule conflicts, dependencies, risks, or blockers, escalate them promptly, and help improve project management templates, tools, and workflows.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, information management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn technical concepts and ask questions proactively.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheet, presentation, documentation, and online collaboration tools; able to read basic English project or technical materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from student projects, labs, internships, or extracurricular teams involving hardware, software, robotics, AI, or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Notion, Trello, Git/GitHub, or product development stages such as EVT/DVT/PVT is a plus.
