From EMS to Global AI Factory. Not a roadmap, but a working system.
For 40 years, Foxlink was the factory behind the world’s most recognized electronics — a trusted EMS partner operating at global scale. That foundation didn’t disappear. It became the testbed for something harder to build than any single product: a manufacturing ecosystem that runs on AI. Manufacturing AI transformation is easy to announce. What’s harder and rarer, is building the infrastructure that makes it operate day after day, factory after factory, across borders.
The Foxlink AI Factory is built around that harder problem.
UBILINK provides the compute foundation: 1,024 H100 GPUs that power model training and commercialization across the entire ecosystem. Without this layer, the intelligence has nowhere to scale.
SYNCROBOTIC‘s LocalMind platform (VLM / LLM / Agent) is where that compute becomes judgment — translating factory data into real-time decisions and AI orchestration on the production floor.
The data feeding that judgment comes from two directions. Luminys captures it through Smart Security deployments across North America. Studio A captures it through Smart Retail environments, returning real-world behavioral data to the center — keeping the system grounded in what actually happens, not what models predict.
The outcome is documented at FTI – Texas AI Factory: higher production capacity, lower operational costs, and a deployment model built from the start to be replicated across the USA, India, China, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
What connects all of it is Federated Learning: each deployment improves the next, without starting over.
Forty years of manufacturing discipline. Now encoded into a system that learns.
