Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in B2B software development or digital transformation projects to support the development and delivery of smart solutions across software and AI-driven products.
This role is ideal for a PM who has solid execution experience, is comfortable writing clear PRDs, managing timelines, and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, and is eager to grow into more complex AI and platform-level products over time.
You will work with senior product leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and ensure smooth delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of B2B software, AI, or digital transformation products.
- Write clear and structured PRDs, including user flows, feature definitions, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams to track development progress, clarify requirements, and help resolve implementation issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure usability and consistency across products.
- Assist in product lifecycle management, including feature iteration, release planning, and post-launch improvements.
- Participate in project timeline management, helping ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Conduct or support QAT to validate functionality and user experience.
- Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously improve product quality.
- Actively learn about AI software, subscription-based products, and smart solution architectures through real project exposure.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B software development or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience writing PRDs for software products (this is a must).
- Experience working on subscription-based products or AI software is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and project timeline management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, stakeholders).
- Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily communication and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and domains.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI-related products, data platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in digital transformation, system integration, or enterprise software rollout.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system workflows, or on-prem / cloud architectures.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
